Alpha Linear Air Showers are vital aseptic chambers installed at the entrance of cleanrooms and other controlled environments. It provides a sterile passage for personnel movement in and out of aseptic manufacturing sites without compromising the integrity of critical products and processes inside controlled environments. A jet of high velocity, HEPA/ULPA filtered air is passed through a series of nozzles inside the chamber, expelling any static dust, lint or other contaminants that may be sticking to the surface of the gowns worn by the occupants entering cleanrooms.

Application objectives
  • Designed to be fully independent and self-contained with 100% air recycled.

  • Disposable prefilters installed at the base of the chamber are designed to capture up to 80-85% of the contaminants suspended in the air, thereby extending the life of the HEPA filters.
