What is Dynamic Passbox?
Dynamic Pass Boxes from Alpha Linear are sophisticated, permanent material transfer fixtures used in critical, aseptic facilities where contaminants arising due to material movement in controlled environments must be eliminated at source.
In addition to standard electromagnetic interlocks, Dynamic Pass Box incorporates HEPA filters and a motor-blower assembly to purge the material inside the transfer hatch from any contaminant sticking to the surface.
Application objectives
- HEPA filtered architectural design creates an impenetrable air barrier inside the transfer passage to stop contaminants from leaking into controlled environments.
- 100% air is recycled. No need for any external ducting.
- Vertical HEPA filter orientation will purge any contaminants that may have entered during material transfer.
